How far ahead do I need to order?

Everything is baked to order, so most loaves need 48 hours' notice. Small-batch flavors (Golden Hour, Hawaii, The Savory One) need 72 hours. The order form only shows pickup days that work — no math required.

How does mini pricing work?

Minis are $7 each. Order 4 or more (any mix of flavors) and they're $5.50 each. Order 8 or more and they're $5 each. The discount applies automatically in your cart.

Can I buy without pre-ordering?

Sometimes there are a few extras at Friday Rally House pickup — but don't count on it, they go fast. Pre-ordering is the only way to guarantee your loaf (especially the small-batch flavors).

Where exactly do I pick up?

The exact address for your pickup spot is included in your order confirmation. If plans change, text Violet and she'll work something out.

Hi, I'm Violet

I started baking croissant sourdough for neighbors, friends, and church moms — and it kind of took off from there. Every loaf is made by hand in small batches in Carlsbad: slow-fermented sourdough, laminated with butter, baked the morning you pick it up.

Violet Sourdough is a licensed cottage food operation, certified in safe food handling — small-batch baking done by the book.
